Two people are feared to have been seriously injured in a bus crash in Glasgow.

The single-decker vehicle has been pictured mounted on a bank, and it is unclear at this stage if any other vehicles were involved.

Emergency services flocked to the scene at the Clydeside Expressway, near the Clyde Tunnel, following the crash just after 7pm.

Eyewitness Tracey Shaw said: There are an awful lot of ambulances and firefighters are taking out seats and some are preparing to go in through the front window.

Some have heavy equipment.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: We can confirm we are currently dealing with a serious Road Traffic Collision at the Clyde Tunnel.

There are a number of nearby road closures. Emergency services in attendance and the road will be closed for some time.
